(This is an OC.)
Recently, I received a request for a rather unique character by bently96, along with a picture he requested from Otakuap for specific character aesthetics, along with a few choices for different backgrounds. I've been on an Elite II trip lately, so I chose a futuristic cityscape.
The city didn't turn out quite the way I wanted, so I shamelessly integrated low clouds to cover the bottom of it. I'll make it a point to revisit city painting in the future for practice.
This was drawn and painted in Paint Tool SAI.

Woah, I think the sci-fi atmosphere is perfect! The crystal feeling of the water surface below is amazing, and the cityscape's shadows across the clouds make it all the more breath-taking. This is a fine work.
